Furry Enthusiasts' Rendezvous in New Mexico (FERN)

FERN stands for Furry Enthusiasts' Rendezvous in New Mexico, and it is a furry convention located just a two hour-drive west of Albuquerque! We have special access to our hotel property, which allows attendees to host room parties and engage in late-night frolicking without the fear of disturbing others and receiving noise complaints!

FERN is is a one-of-a-kind convention, where we focus the fun on you! In addition to official panels or convention events, we are providing a space for members of the furry community to get away from the hustle-and-bustle of Albuquerque and other surrounding cities and enjoy the company of our fellow furry friends in the vast New Mexico desert. Attendees can add their own personal events to the event schedule as they party on through the weekend!

Minors between the age of 15-17 will be able to attend with a minor badge alongside a registered accompanied chaperone (parent or legal guardian) who is over the age of 21. All attendees will be required to show an ID when registered. Attendees who demonstrate an ID verifying their age to be 21+ will receive a complimentary wristband to signify to other attendees their eligibility to consume alcoholic beverages or THC products. Keep in mind that the con floor will be converted into an 18+ space between the hours of 10pm and 5am. Reminder that all hotel and city areas are public, so it is of utmost importance that people maintain decency and civility within public spaces.

Because of our unique style, registration for this event is significantly cheaper than the average furry convention, with the attendee level starting at $40! Individuals can choose to contribute to the event to help it run smoothly, but all are reccomended to book a room at our hotel using our specialized group discount!

As an organization, we have contracted access to our hotel for the duration of the event. Attendees will visit our registration desk located in the lobby after checking into their room. After registering, which includes providing identification information and their accommodation details (Limit 4 registrations per room), attendees will be given an event badge (and 21+ wristband if applicable) to then have free access to the event for the entire weekend.
